To complete the Cambodia e-Arrival Card online form, you need to fill out personal, passport, and travel details, and complete a health declaration and customs declaration.
Countries Eligible for the Cambodia e-Arrival Card
All passengers entering the country, including returning Cambodian nationals, must complete the immigration form, health declaration, and customs declaration.
